About Us
D.A.V.P.G. College, Gorakhpur, established in 1970 and efficiently operated by the Aryan Educational Trust, is dedicated to spreading education in Purvanchal. Initially, the college received accreditation for graduate arts faculty classes. Within a year, it expanded to include Mathematics and Biology programs. In 2006, under the government's self-funded scheme, the college introduced M.A. programs in Political Science and History (Medieval and Modern).

The college is permanently recognized to offer postgraduate programs in Political Science and History (Medieval and Modern) under a self-financed curriculum, approved by the govt.
BACHELOR OF SCIENCE
We have two subject groups for B.Sc. students:
1. Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics
2. Biology, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany
BACHELOR OF COMMERCE
Commerce department was established in 2019 and is thus it is the newest department in the college.
BACHELOR OF COMPUTER APPLICATION
Bachelor of Computer Application is started from session 2024-2025 with intake of 60.
MASTER OF SCIENCE
We are running M.Sc. Botany from academic session 2024-2025.
